People
Understand the people who use, manage, protect, and depend on technology — because adoption and behaviour often determine whether a solution succeeds.
About Femi Ogunji Consulting
We help organizations and professionals make technology more useful, cybersecurity more practical, and the next step easier to understand.

Why we exist
Femi Ogunji Consulting was built around a simple idea: strong technology outcomes happen when people, process, and technology are considered together.
Whether the challenge is cybersecurity, identity, risk, ERP, training, or broader technology transformation, our role is to make complex problems understandable and turn them into practical decisions and action.
That means avoiding one-size-fits-all advice, unnecessary jargon, and recommendations that look impressive on paper but do not fit the organization using them.
Our approach
Three lenses that help us keep recommendations grounded in the way organizations actually operate.
Understand the people who use, manage, protect, and depend on technology — because adoption and behaviour often determine whether a solution succeeds.
Look at how work really happens, where friction exists, and which processes need to change before adding another tool or control.
Select and apply technology in a way that supports the business, reduces risk, and remains understandable to the people responsible for it.
